   In conjuction with the City of Buckhannon, Create Buckhannon joined forces with the Buckhannon-Upshur Convention & Visitors Bureau and the Upshur County Development Authority to light up downtown for the Christmas season this year!

   When downtown, many visitors to our community, as well as local collectors, enjoy the Main Street Antique Store that is located in the old G. C. Murphy building.  Recently they had a store-wide sale which may have led to rumors that the Stewarts are going out of business after they sold the building two years, but actually they will be moving to a new location nearby around July while the building is being remodeled.  Their antique show room at the Thompson's Pharmacy is not effected by the remodeling and will remain open as always.
